The BRAVE DIALOG PROCESS promotes open dialog across hierarchical boundaries. Ensuring a lively culture of dialog within the company is a challenge. It requires people's personal knowledge and skills, but also supportive structures and opportunities within the organization.

A lively dialog begins with emotional self-management. It requires a common language and a feedback approach that combines fearlessness and compassion. And last but not least, the transfer into the culture - through lived practice and continuity.

In this workshop, we teach tools for dealing with feelings and helpful skills for communicating on difficult topics or with challenging people.

Wenn Sie eine Skalierung des Brave-Dialog-Könnens in Ihrem Unternehmen planen, schulen und trainieren wir gerne interne Prozessbegleiter (Facilitator).

1. Check

Does the BRAVE DIALOG fit in with your corporate values, goals and culture? Do you already have internal ambassadors for lively communication and a feedback culture?

2. Workshop with pioneers

Multipliers from the company are invited to attend (HR, transformation, cultural change). We provide tools for dealing with emotions, helpful skills for communicating on difficult topics or with challenging people. On day 2, the interfaces with values, goals and mission are worked out.

3. Next steps

Do you want to scale the BRAVE DIALOG PROCESS in your organization and use it for cultural change? Do you want to become largely independent of external consultants? Or continue to purchase Brave Dialog workshops externally?

4. Facilitator training

On request: training and supervision by Brave Dialog Facilitator. You will be trained as a group on site and successively deployed in the workshops.

Coaching voucher

A total of 1-2 hours, booked as required, with a coach personally on topics that are not discussed in the large group.

Tutorial videos

15 learning videos are provided to reinforce BRAVE DIALOG and to train the facilitator. This allows the content to be refreshed and deepened again and again.

Review

A review takes place after approx. 10-12 weeks. Time to celebrate the transfer successes achieved so far. What comes next? An activity for yourself? An activity for/with others? Where can you help?

The challenges of team collaboration are high. Some teams work together for a very long time - embedded in hierarchical structures and processes. Some have to find each other quickly and disband again after a project. There are professional and personal challenges. Cultural differences also often play a role.

Ein BRAVE DIALOG TEAM-Workshop ist für alle Konstellationen hilfreich. Er erlaubt dem Team, für eine begrenzte Zeit die Stopp-Taste zu drücken und aus den täglichen Herausforderungen auszusteigen. Alle erlernen die Methoden der Selbstreflexion und der Kommunikation, und trainieren sie miteinander. Das gemeinsame Wissen kann im Anschluss an den Workshop genutzt werden, um die jeweiligen Herausforderungen im Team anzugehen. Sei es die Entscheidung zu gemeinsamen Teamwerten, eine Team Entwicklung zu beginnen, schwierige Situationen und Konflikte anzusprechen und sie mit dem neuen Mindset und den erlernten Skills zu lösen.

In this seminar, we create order - in your head and in your heart. We will teach you how to sort and prepare yourself so that a genuine dialog becomes possible. You will learn a feedback approach based on Noble Friendship. With this new mindset, it will then be easier for you to conduct even unpleasant conversations calmly.
