Feedback is highly emotional. Always. No matter if the feedback is appreciative or unpleasant, it takes courage to engage in goal-oriented and truthful dialog. And this grows when everyone involved understands the logic of emotions.
With the Brave Dialog Process, you can initiate a lively dialog culture in your company. In our Workshops we combine emotional self-management techniques with a feedback approach based on Noble Friendship.

The BRAVE DIALOG PROCESS promotes open dialog across hierarchical boundaries. Ensuring a lively culture of dialog within the company is a challenge. It requires people's personal knowledge and skills, but also supportive structures and opportunities within the organization.
A lively dialog begins with emotional self-management. It requires a common language and a feedback approach that combines boldness and compassion. And last but not least, the transfer into the culture - through lived practice and consistency.
In this workshop, we teach tools for dealing with feelings and skills for communicating on difficult topics or with challenging people.
If you are planning to roll out Brave Dialog skills in your organisation we are happy to train and coach internal process facilitators for you.
1. Check

2. Workshop with pioneers
Multipliers from the Organisator are invited to attend (HR, transformation, cultural change). We provide tools for dealing with emotions, helpful skills for communicating on difficult topics or with challenging people. On day 2, the interfaces with values, goals and mission are worked out.
3. Next steps
Do you want to scale the BRAVE DIALOG PROCESS in your organisation and use it for cultural change? Do you want to become largely independent of external consultants? Or continue to purchase Brave Dialog workshops externally?
4. Facilitator training
On request: training and supervision by Brave Dialog Facilitator. You will be trained as a group on site and successively deployed in the workshops.
Coaching voucher
A total of 2-4 hours, booked as required, with a coach personally on topics that are not discussed in the large group.
Tutorial videos
15 learning videos are provided to reinforce BRAVE DIALOG and to train the facilitator. This allows the content to be refreshed and deepened again and again.
Review
A review takes place after approximately 10-12 weeks. Time to celebrate the transfer successes achieved so far. What comes next? An activity for yourself? An activity for/with others? Where can you help?

The challenges of team collaboration are high. Some teams work together for a very long time - embedded in hierarchical structures and processes. Some have to find each other quickly and disband again after a project. There are professional and personal challenges. Cultural differences often have an impact on team collaboration.
A BRAVE DIALOG TEAM-Workshop is helpful for all constellations. It allows the team to press the stop button for a limited time and step away from the daily challenges. Everyone learns the methods of self-reflection and communication and practises them together. After the workshop, the shared knowledge can be used to tackle the respective challenges in the team. Whether it is deciding on common team values, starting team development, addressing difficult situations and conflicts and solving them with the new mindset and the skills learnt.

In this seminar, we create order - in your head and in your heart. We will teach you how to sort and prepare yourself so that a genuine dialog becomes possible. You will learn a feedback approach based on Noble Friendship. With this new mindset, it will then be easier for you to conduct even unpleasant conversations with ease.
